Terms of Use

The agreement

By downloading or using Unsnoozable you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What the app does

Unsnoozable schedules alarms on your iPhone and requires you to complete a mission — counted by your camera, or a non-physical alternative — before the alarm stops.

Subscriptions

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.

Please don’t rely on it alone

Unsnoozable is not a safety-critical product. Don’t depend on it as your only alarm for something that truly matters — a flight, an exam, medication. Phones run out of battery, get left on silent in another room, and software has bugs. Set a second alarm for anything important.

Exercise, sensibly

Missions involve physical movement. You take part at your own risk, and you should not attempt exercises you are not fit to do — use one of the non-physical missions instead. If you have any doubt, speak to a doctor.

Fair use

Don’t reverse-engineer the app, try to circumvent the subscription, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Liability

Unsnoozable is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — including oversleeping. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
