Terms of Use
Last updated 21 July 2026
The agreement
By downloading or using Unsnoozable you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What the app does
Unsnoozable schedules alarms on your iPhone and requires you to complete a mission — counted by your camera, or a non-physical alternative — before the alarm stops.
Subscriptions
- Your first morning is free. You can set an alarm and complete one mission without paying.
- Yearly — $24.49, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Weekly — $2.99. Prices are in USD and may vary by region; the price shown in the App Store at purchase applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- If you take the free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancelin Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn’t refund the current period.
- When a subscription ends, your alarms stop ringing. The app tells you before this happens, and any alarm already set will ring once more before it stops.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
Please don’t rely on it alone
Unsnoozable is not a safety-critical product. Don’t depend on it as your only alarm for something that truly matters — a flight, an exam, medication. Phones run out of battery, get left on silent in another room, and software has bugs. Set a second alarm for anything important.
Exercise, sensibly
Missions involve physical movement. You take part at your own risk, and you should not attempt exercises you are not fit to do — use one of the non-physical missions instead. If you have any doubt, speak to a doctor.
Fair use
Don’t reverse-engineer the app, try to circumvent the subscription, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Liability
Unsnoozable is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — including oversleeping. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
